Riveting rock 3 in 1 this week features The Max Headroom, The Big Happy & Chellcy Reitsma

Rock rolls in unique ways with our 3 in 1 rock collection featuring The Max Headroom, The Big Happy & Chellcy Reitsma. Listen to their music here and give them some love:

The Max Headroom- Cult Radio

Make no mistake, The Max Headroom are a rock unit. Cult Radio is their wave of post-grunge in a ripple that builds into a tide. In the rhythm, they layer some dusty, crisp tones along with vocals that will remind you of Vedder from Pearl Jam. Brothers Lachlan and Patrick, cousin Marcus and long time friends Ben and Hamish comprise this zealous frequency, and the music they bring is quite explorative. Days on days and ODE are their biggest hits, and for good reason. Cult Radio is growing to be my favourite, especially because of the spicy mid-section. With this song, they build their own faction of fans once again, to form cult radio:

The Big Happy-High School

Nostalgia is supposed to kick in with that bass opening. Look, let’s be honest, euphoric happiness doesn’t really exist in our time and age. The Big Happy are here to change that. With their positivity and real hop in music, they bring melodies that keep a smile plastered across your face. The hip-hop section is not only unique, but texturally amazing, with the guitars and bass giving a rhythm that stands with a new promise. The band from Long Island, NY, are immensely popular for their live shows, and this is a red-hot wire for their next one. Get out your crusty bag and baggy jeans, we’re going back to high school:

Chellcy Reitsma-Dark Times

There is a natural swing to Chellcy Reitsma’s music. There’s a reason, the way she views and performs it is impressive. It is a creative outlet that is flowing with passion and colour, and voltage of electricity we cannot contain. Dark Times is the opening single from Momento Mori, a bluesy rock gem-sapphire. It reminds you of the retro flow of the decades, yet has a strength and character that cannot be replicated. The pump you get in the composition is stimulating, how she can glide over the instrumentals, flow and pace completely wound to the second. Chellcy Reitsma is a rising star, an explorative artist who aims to change the genres she knows and loves with her music:
